Orders and acceptance

Production, changes, and cancellation

Production and handling normally take 1–2 business days after complete order details are received. Orders are produced or fulfilled in China. Personalized orders generally cannot be cancelled for change of mind after production begins, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Requested changes are not guaranteed after production begins.

Prices, taxes, and shipping

Prices, taxes, and available delivery options are shown at checkout. United States transit is estimated at 7–10 business days after handling, for an estimated total of 8–12 business days after complete order details are received.
