Where orders ship from
Near & Ever orders are produced or fulfilled in China and shipped to customers in the United States.
Production and handling time
Normal production and handling time is 1–2 business days. Personalized orders enter production after we receive all required names, text, dates, and usable image files. If required information is incomplete, processing begins after the missing information is received. Ready-to-ship products are normally handed to the carrier within the same 1–2 business day handling window.
United States transit and total delivery estimate
Estimated carrier transit time is 7–10 business days after handling. The estimated total time from complete order details to delivery is 8–12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping charges
- Orders below $50: $7.99
- Orders from $50 to $99.99: $3.99
- Orders of $100 or more: free standard shipping
The final shipping charge is displayed before payment at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent when available. Carrier, customs, weather, peak-season, and address issues can cause delays outside our control.
Address changes

Shipping delays
If we cannot ship within the time stated at purchase, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries
Email 17305206880@163.com within 3 calendar days of delivery with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and external and internal packaging. We will review the shipment and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
